Processing Time

Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or after 12 PM PST ship the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

We offer simple, clear shipping options at checkout. Delivery time depends on the service you select:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited Shipping (when available): 2–3 business days after dispatch.

These estimates apply to all U.S. orders and are based on carrier transit times. Actual delivery speed may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Carriers

We ship primarily with USPS and UPS. These carrier expectations are used to display delivery estimates at checkout and on Google Shopping.

Free Shipping

Free economy shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $100 before tax within the contiguous United States.

Packaging

All packaging — mailers, paper fill, tape, and labels — is fully compostable or recyclable. Each violet-glass jar is carefully protected to help ensure safe delivery.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace it as quickly as possible.
